b. We are committed to delivering the forex currency order placed by you within the given period and in accordance with this Shipping and Delivery Policy.

c. Currently, We do deliver the products all-across India or Internationally subject to the provisions of this Policy.

f. The following currency is used on this Website: Indian Rupee and Foreign Currencies at the applicable exchange rates. Your payments are required to be provided in INR.

g. All currencies are subject to forex cash availability. If a currency is not in stock at the time you place your order, We will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.

h. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the foreign currency is delivered to you in a timely manner.

2.DEFINITIONS

a."Customer" means a person who buys any foreign currency but does not include a person who purchases foreign currency with the purpose of reselling it.

a."Website" means this website with the URL www.currencykaka.com.

3.DELIVERY OF FOREX

a. At Currency Kaka, We maintain a Policy of Same or Next Day Delivery. Orders placed at Currency Kaka before or at until 02:00 PM are eligible for Same Day Delivery. Any Orders placed post the 02:00 PM time will be considered for Next Day Delivery.

b. We also offer On-Counter service across the service regions in Delhi NCR for in-person pick-up of foreign currency.

4.COST OF SHIPPING

a. Our Shipping Rates vary from ₹250 to ₹400 depending upon the geographical location or the address of delivery.

b. Shipping charges are applied at the check-out time, along with the total price of the foreign currency availed through our forex services.

c. The aforementioned cost of shipping is applicable for delivery of forex currency under this Website regardless of the value and depends solely on delivery destination.

5.HANDLING TIME

a. We usually process orders and dispatch the foreign currency once the order is placed with us as per the aforementioned “Delivery of Forex” timeframes.

b. We strive to process and dispatch your products at the earliest.

6.TIME FOR SHIPPING

a. All Delivery times depend on the location of delivery. The approximate time for both Same and Next Day Deliveries are specified on the order details or will be shown at the time of check-out.

b. The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.

7.ON-COUNTER OR PICK UP AT OFFICE

a. We provide the option of placing the forex currency order online and picking up the order at the nearest counter/s of Currency Kaka.

b. It normally takes less than 1-2 hour/s from the time of order to set your order.

c. Once the order is ready for pick-up on-counter, You will receive the notification through the shared communication details.

d. At the counter, you can show the confirmation message received to collect your goods.

e. We will send a reminder email or SMS if your item is still wanting to be picked up.

f. We reserve the right to make changes or completely stop the in-store pick option without notifying the customers.

8.DELIVERY

a. We provide delivery service to all areas within Delhi NCR.

b. We reserve the right to change the Delivery coverage area without any notice to the users and users are advised to check this Policy for any updates.

9.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

a. Currently, We do not deliver to locations outside India.

10.OTHER RULES

a. If you want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us of the same within 30 minutes after placing the order.

b. If the order has not been processed, We will try to change the address, if your order is processed, we will not be able to change the address.

c. While We shall strive to ship all your ordered currencies together inn case of multi-forex exchange, this may not always be possible due to forex characteristics, or availability.

d. All deliveries are performed by Currency Kaka’s dedicated agents with the highest standards and ethics.

11. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

a. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Currency Kaka platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.

b. If You have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you may not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.

a. The privacy of your data supplied to Us during the shipping procedure is also governed by Our Privacy Policy.
